Yes. We build fast, modern marketing websites and set up the CRM behind them so your leads, contacts, pipelines, and follow-up all live in one place. We can start a site from scratch or rebuild an existing one, and connect it to the systems that capture and nurture leads automatically.

Both. Some clients hire us for a defined project (a new website, a CRM build, an automation buildout) and others keep us on for ongoing growth and support. Simple packages like a starter website have set prices; custom work is scoped on a strategy call.

Atlas Command is our software that adds AI-powered automation and assistance on top of the platform you already use. It connects to your site and tools, helps with content and customer workflows, and puts more of your busywork on autopilot - without forcing you to migrate off the platform you're on.

Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, and Shopify. You install it from that platform's marketplace and connect it in a few clicks.

Install the app from your platform's marketplace - the Wix App Market, WordPress.org, the HubSpot App Marketplace, or the Shopify App Store - and follow the authorization prompt. Atlas Command connects only with your permission, using the platform's official connection process, and only accesses the data needed for the features you use.

Try reconnecting from the app's settings first - that resolves most cases. If it keeps failing, email info@atlasproconsulting.com and tell us which platform you're on (Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, or Shopify) so we can jump straight to the fix.

Only the data needed to power the features you turn on, accessed through your platform's official, permission-based connection. You grant access during setup and can revoke it any time by uninstalling the app. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes - AI powers the assistance and automation features. You control whether they're on, and you bring your own AI provider so you stay in charge of the model and the cost.

Yes. In Atlas Command's settings you add an API key from your preferred AI provider. Your key is stored encrypted and used only to power the AI features in your account.

Content processed by the AI features goes to the provider you chose, under that provider's terms. Any usage charges from the provider are billed to you directly by them - not by Atlas Pro. That keeps your AI costs transparent and in your control.

It depends on what you need. Starter websites begin at $500 plus $29/mo hosting, and lead routing with automatic follow-up starts at $750; custom websites, CRM builds, and agency projects are quoted by proposal after a strategy call so you only pay for what fits your goals.

It depends on where you subscribed:

• Installed Atlas Command through Wix or Shopify? Billing runs through that platform.
• Direct clients and other installs are billed through Stripe.
• Agency projects are billed per your proposal or invoice.

Start wherever your subscription lives. If you subscribed through Wix or Shopify, manage changes, cancellations, and refund requests in that platform. For Stripe-billed and direct subscriptions, email us and we'll handle it. Not sure where your subscription lives? Email info@atlasproconsulting.com and we'll sort it out.

Refund handling follows where you were billed - through the Wix or Shopify platform for those installs, or with us directly for Stripe and agency billing. Reach out and we'll walk you through the right process for your situation.

Yes. Atlas Command connects through your platform's official, permission-based process and accesses only what the features you use require. AI provider keys are stored encrypted. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Uninstalling the app revokes our access to your platform. We then delete the business data associated with that connection within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons.

Email info@atlasproconsulting.com any time to request deletion, or just uninstall the app to start the process automatically. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

No. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to deliver the features you use (for example, sending your AI requests to the provider whose key you configured).
